Have you ever seen an eagle soar across a huge lake of water, and thought to yourself, “I wonder if it gets tired? Or, what if it falls in the water? What if the eagle sees a prey?”. Eagles are proven to be one of the most prestigious birds in the earth. According to Journey North, they can fly from 75 to 125 miles without stopping. They represent the symbol of the United States.
Well, an eagle must soar by itself. There is no other choice. An eagle does not have anyone around them to pump them up. They simply take responsibility for their journey and make it happen. With every flap of their wings, it takes hard work, determination, focus and an effort. An eagle cannot watch their neighbor and meet their goals, for they could fall into perilous waters. Further, an eagle can’t be focused on anything other than the goals set before them if they want to remain successful.
Just like an eagle, you must stay focused and determine on your goals as you strive to achieve success. Here are some tips for you to remain focused as you soar like an eagle in your journey of life:
1. Stay Focused!
a. An eagle is known for having some of the best sight in the world for animals. AllAboutEyes reports that an eagle can see eight times as much as humans can! As a result, they can see their prey from beyond, and reach their destination without confusion.
2. Stay Humble!
a. As an eagle soars, they surpass heights of others. Just like an eagle, you will find that you will soar beyond others. This does not make you better; it is just a level of greatness you are begin trusted with.
3. Don’t Take Loneliness Personally!
a. Loneliness is a friend of anyone who is great. As an eagle soars alone, they are able to discover mysteries in the earth that others can only dream of. If you are soaring high like an eagle, get ready to cross over into wonderful territories and do it…alone.
4. Have Faith You’ll Make it to Your Destination!
a. As you soar, stay focused on your destination. Make goals and choose to reach your destination as you soar high into your success.
Conclusion
Whatever you do, remember although an eagle soars alone, they always reach your destination. Don’t pay any mind to any chickens, buzzards, or pigeons that might be in your path. And even if you see another eagle, just nod your head and continue on your path. As you fly high, remember to stay focused, stay humble, don’t take the loneliness personally, and keep your faith as you reach your destination. If you’ve been trusted with greatness, it’s because God above knows you can handle it. Don’t be afraid of success; choose to be great!
