I am so grateul to be a Speaker at UF’s International Mentoring Association Conference
This March, I have the privilege to be a speaker at the 2019 Annual International Mentoring Association Conference held at the University of Florida! I will be presenting on Effective mentoring with Diversity while sharing my story of how mentoring helped me overcome homelessness and break the cycle of poverty. As a doctoral student, I am very excited because I will be able to share recent research findings coupled with my effective mentoring experience. With having two mentors who weren’t obligated to stay in my life but have been in my life each for over 15 years, I am ready to impart and impact future mentors, mentees and educational leaders. We are better together! Join us this March for this phenomenal conference!! Go Gators!
